Why do people die? most often, people die because of certain diseases they can't bear. Disorders are widespread nowadays that and are very fatal that they infect whoever they encounter along their way. Diseases have no fears at all and that really shatters the Earth. These diseases have been an issue since the early times that's why, medicines are available but we must come to think that prevention is better than to cure. We fight in order to live, yet, such diseases we considered tragedies are really very hard to surpass. Nutrition proper is vital to life. nutrition feeds, nutrition let us alive. it protects us fon dangers. No doubt and wonder why those who observe proper nutrition can do well in any tasks and in any activities. They have the courage and guts to take every step for they are not just healthy outside but even within. No destructions, all go! Proper nutrition doesn't mean amouthwatering and costly foods at all though thse are our needs. It means, taking in necessary nutirients found in foods to sustain life processes. Proper nutrition has a guide we should obey to enjoy and to feel life's essence.
Though there are life uncertainties, we must understand and accept those things full heartedly. nutrition reduces our everyday burden. Harmony in food preparation and eating well would create a happy personality and diseases can be prevented. a healthy lifestyle as a result.
